Misunderstood??

What a wonderful thing it is to be misunderstood. Many people see the disadvantages of being misunderstood, however it can be quite a blessing. Being misunderstood can mean that you are marked as one of God’s own. Your just meant to be different which is a special sign from God. Everything that God favors is different and unique. Everyone is not meant to understand you. This an advantage so that you can know who you are in his likeness and greatness. If he has marked you as his, prepare to go through persecution. Marvel not if the world hates you. Although there are challenges of being misunderstood, it draws you closer to God. Being misunderstood can also mean that you are set a part and that you are in another league of your own. If you spend your time on this earth trying to be understood and accepted by everyone, then you will spend the rest of your life chasing their acceptance. You cannot please everybody. Every biblical character was misunderstood in some way as well as JESUS. He will provide you with his strength, wisdom, power, knowledge and understanding.

It is written in Exodus 31:3: And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,

He Will Make A Way Out of No Way!

stock-photo-51226536-forest-road-sunset-sunbeams

Just as he made a way for the children of Israel, so shall he make it for you. God never goes back on his word. His promises are true. His plans are mysterious and his strategies are beyond human comprehension. No one can truly figure out God. There is nothing predictable about him. He blesses us in different ways. You may be looking for him to do something he did before, when he is going to bless you in another way. He shall do a new thing in you. Everything that crashed and burned shall be restored. It may have been impossible with man, but with God all things shall be possible. Every fail attempt will become a story that is a part of your success. Remember that God is going to do everything he has said he’s going to do. You may not have receive what you wanted during the time you expected, but he will always come on time. No matter how impossible things may seem, feel or look, remember that he shall make a way out of no way. He shall multiply and expand what little offering that you have left.

It is written in 1 Kings 17:12-16 that:

And she said, As the Lord thy God liveth, I have not a cake, but an handful of meal in a barrel, and a little oil in a cruse: and, behold, I am gathering two sticks, that I may go in and dress it for me and my son, that we may eat it, and die.

And Elijah said unto her, Fear not; go and do as thou hast said: but make me thereof a little cake first, and bring it unto me, and after make for thee and for thy son.

For thus saith the Lord God of Israel, The barrel of meal shall not waste, neither shall the cruse of oil fail, until the day that the Lord sendeth rain upon the earth.

And she went and did according to the saying of Elijah: and she, and he, and her house, did eat many days.

And the barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the Lord, which he spake by Elijah.

Unworthy

Hebrews 4:16 (KJV) says, “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need”.

God can always still use you the way you are. Sometimes we feel that we have to have it all together in order to come to him. We are constantly internally reminded of our shortcomings and weaknesses. We are also reminded on the excuses reasons of why we cannot be used. The great thing about God is that his love is eternal. There are no conditions nor limitations that is placed on his love. He knew who you were before you formed in your mother’s womb. He already knew your weakness. But his power is made great in weakness. His love is greater than your weakness or any feeling of unworthiness. There is a reason why he chose you to get the tasks done. It’s more amazing when someone has forms of limitations, but still complete the tasks that are necessary. Don’t ignore his voice, hearken unto him. Allow him to work on you as the way you are. You are not alone or in it by yourself. Unworthiness can block you from so many blessings that God has in store. Despite what you may have done or what other have people done to you, does not negate the truth that God stills loves you and has plans for you. Don’t allow any wall of anger or guilt to separate or stand in the way of pursing a relationship with God. He’s bigger than all of your issues. Again, you are the perfect one for him to use. See yourself the way that he sees you.

It is written in Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end”.

This is Only the Beginning: Be Encouraged

a-new-day-1542580

Always believe that the best is always yet to come. There will be so many open doors in your journey. Fret not about what hasn’t worked out, for when the time comes, it will all come together. It shall come to full circle. None of your experiences shall go to waste. God is always in the control, which means nothing does not happen without his permission. He is all-knowing. Only he holds the key to the door of your future. No matter how powerful someone’s ranking, authority and title, remember that everything comes from God. He is the door and the manna. That means all opportunities and blessings are from him no matter whom he may use. When you feel that no one will give you a fair chance, please remember that God is the source, so there is no need to be discouraged. All credit and glory shall go to him and no other. No matter what trials you may endure there is better along the way. You are not a failure because you failed in some way (as we all do time to time). Closed doors are just as important as open doors. Come now and rejoice, for this is only the beginning of the great things to come! Be not discouraged, for there are so many people who will be reached through the power of your testimony ♥

Don’t Feel Pressured

under-pressure-1424631

Pressure is the use of persuasion, influence, or intimidation to make someone do something. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to wait upon the Lord, but it is also one of the most important things to do (especially when you have done all you can). Don’t feel pressured to move fast because of your outside surroundings and environment. It’s not about the swiftest or fastest who wins the race, but those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. Only move when he has called you to move. Don’t just do something out of your flesh or emotion because that’s what most people are doing. Don’t feel forced to be in a situation, relationship, job, or place when it’s not your timing.

All pressure is not bad pressure. As matter of fact, some pressure has the potential to bring out your greatness. Some pressure can even be used as a motivator however, there are some things that we must wait on. Waiting is not easy nor comfortable to do, but it’s necessary to receive something greater, than if you would have rushed. His timing is perfect. The place and position he wants to place you in, is greater than the plans you had for yourself. It’s O.K.to not be satisfied in where you are currently at (that’s a good thing). Allow yourself to operate in his plans, his way. Remember when you feel discouraged, don’t feel pressured. Be anxious for nothing! Walking a narrow path may not be easy, but in due season your sufferings and afflictions will produce fruitful results and a bigger harvest along the way. It’s no pressure ♥

Consecrate Your Flesh

to-sow-the-tares-with-the-whea-1507979

The definition of consecration can be described as to make or declare sacred. It’s important not to give into the desires of your flesh. You are to be made holy and separate. Give him all of you and your everything. Your blessing is in your submission to him. The flesh will always have a mind of its own. That’s why its important to control your flesh, so that it won’t control you. He will show how to control your mind as well as the words that flow out of your belly. In order to go further, there are some things that we must surrender to him. This will separate the wheat and tares. It is written in Matthew 13:30; (KJV) says: Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn”.

For Lord has also spoken in Matthew 5:29: “And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell”. Exercise faith, endurance, patience and discipline in the areas in where you fall short. You are never alone, for the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.

Consecrate your flesh and watch your him elevate you. He shall take you to heights you have never seen. Watch him reveal little by little of himself to you in your walk. His words of well done will be worth the struggle which will blossom into joy.

Speak Those Things As though They Were

divine-vision-1404671

Speak those things as though they were. Your words should be a reflection of your future. It’s important to speak what you want into existence. Your words have power and they even have the ability to determine what you will attract. The wrong words can terminate the blessing that’s ahead. Don’t block your blessings with the wrong words. We must walk by faith and not by sight. It is written in Proverbs 15:4 that A wholesome tongue is a tree of life: but perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit”. Your words have the ability to tear down or lift up. Don’t talk yourself out of your own blessing. You have come too far to allow the wrong thinking, attitude or words to hinder you. Your vision and words should be aligned together. Keep speaking it, until you see it. There is a reason why you are in a particular season in your life. The best is on the way, for with God nothing shall be impossible!

He’s Saving You for Someone Better

When you are on a certain level, you cannot have what everyone else has. If he has called you to be more, your standard has to be different. Allow God to do a new thing in you. Stop questioning how and when God wants to bless you. There are certain sacrifices that you must endure.

It is written in Romans 12:1: “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service”.

It doesn’t take much do to what everyone’s doing. Set your self a part to receive more. Everything that’s fast is not always good. Delayed gratification is better than instant gratification. Instant coffee and food are not as good as the coffee and food that takes time to make and prepare. Do not get caught up in what everyone’s doing at the moment. It is only a distraction to throw you off your path. When it’s all said and done and when the smokes clears, you will be the one standing. Raise your expectations instead of lowering them. What looks extraordinary to everyone else should only look ordinary to you. There is a reason why you are in the season that you are in. He has so much in store for you. His plans are bigger for you. God just doesn’t hand his best to anybody. There are higher qualifications and requirements that one has to meet when it comes to who you are. He removes some people in your life because they are not going where you are going. Sometimes God will protect you from the wrong one, so you can receive something better along the way. He always saves the best for last. See yourself the way he sees you. He’s saving you for someone better 🙂

Why Compare Yourself?

When you are focused on God’s work, you don’t have the time nor need to compare yourself. You are one of kind. There is no one like you on this earth. There are gifts, talents and abilities that God has given you. When you know who you are, there is no need to compare yourself. No two people are the same. He does not create duplicates. (Even twins do not have the same thumb print). It takes courage to be who God called you to be. You have your own identity. Why waste it trying to be someone else? It’s waste of what God put into you. Always believe that you are in a league of your own and that there’s no need to compete with anyone. In order to be the best you, you must be in competition with yourself. If you truly know what you have to offer, you will never compare yourself to anyone; no matter how much money, materials, or associations that someone else posses. There is none like you. There is favor that has been poured in your life. Rejoice that he has made you different! ♥
