Romans 12:21: “Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good”.  There are some people who feed off of negative energy. The further you get into walk, the more you will begin to act like Jesus. You will be led by his spirit and not by your flesh. The flesh will never be saved, that’s why when you get saved, there are some things that don’t automatically go away. Do not give a mighty foothold to the Devil. Do not give him any power. Overcome evil with good-by being kind to those who don’t deserve it. Why? It will throw them off, because they expected you to fight fire with fire. Proverbs 25:22: “says, For thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head, and the LORD shall reward thee”.

⁴⁸ But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
