Be Careful What You Pray For

When we pray, sometimes we want God to answer our most inner questions, wants or request. God’s timing is always different from our timing. That means if you prayed for something and it hasn’t  come to pass yet, it doesn’t mean he hasn’t answered it. As matter of fact, you are on the path that will lead to your answer. Even when it doesn’t look or feel like it.

For instance, someone can pray that God will send them a good mate. Let’s say years go by and they still haven’t seen God’s promise but only seen dead ends. The greater the wait, the greater the blessing. God knows that there is a process they must go through before they see it come to pass. That trail will come with delayed timing, frustration, pain, judgement, discouragement, rejection, the wrong people who come and go in their lives and etc. If you ask for a good mate then he will send them, but you got to go through the process. There are no shortcuts. It won’t be easy and it will come with a sacrifice. The same thing applies to opportunities and career advancement. There is something that you must be willing to give up, in order to receive God’s best.

You must make room for the new. You cannot keep old furniture in your house while trying to make room for the new furniture.

Be careful what you pray for, because there is a process you must endure to get your prayers answered. Never allow your faith to be distinguished, but instead replenished.

Watch out for the Spirit of Deception

We currently live in a world in where the truth is a lie and the lie is the truth. If you are not careful, you can become deceived by what looks right, feels right and sounds right, but it will lead you to a road of destruction. There are so many people compromising with a lie. It is written Galatians 6:7: Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. They are following the ways of world and they are not truly transformed. You cannot tell the difference between the clean and unclean. The Godly and the Ungodly. God said his people must be Holy. Holy means separate. Do not allow the Devil to make you bandwagon with what everyone else is doing and watching. Don’t allow him convince you that the Lord has changed his word in today’s time, for

It is written in Hebrews 13:8 (KJV) Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever.

When you are unsure what is true and you seem to be confused on what is righteous, read the word. Engrave it in your mind, heart, and soul. There is only one path to heaven, and that is through Jesus. Be not deceived through thoughts, opinions, emotions nor philosophy. These are the last days. He shall return very soon.
