You are the Prize! đź‘‘

You are the prize!  There are so many things in life that will come against you that will tell or show you that you are not. You can be the prize and not feel or be treated as if you are. You must still believe that you are the prize even when everything you experienced is reflecting the opposite. This could be in the areas of your workplace, school, business, and personal life. For example, you can be walking in the fullness of your self-worth, but can be overlooked by many people who are not looking for challenges. If you’re not careful with your thinking, you may think that something is wrong with you, when really, it’s the other way around. You are in a lane of your own.

Most challenges are not approached. Think about a class or course that has higher requirements. Most people who cannot meet those requirements and qualifications drop the course and go for something that is easier. Your presence, character and the very essence of your being can be too much for the wrong people to handle. (Which is a good thing). That removes those who are unworthy and undeserving. All your temporary pain will be worth it. You will be thankful for all the no’s and rejection that you may be receiving now. Remember everything works for the good.

In general, it is easy to feel, undervalued and bypassed when you’re not getting the proper acknowledgement, credit or just due by other people. (For example, you can be overlooked when it comes to an promotion and recognition; especially when it comes to your craft, job, or personal relationships. This will only make you stronger.

It can almost feel as if you are invisible or “not good enough”. You are who YOU say you are. Don’t give in to feelings instead of faith. Do not allow the inability of what everyone else doesn’t see to cause you to stop being the best you. Stop begging people to see your worth. Always keep putting your best foot forward. There is so much more to your pathway and purpose. Allow this to elevate you to a higher place. Embrace your greatness and uniqueness in who he created you to be.

When you love yourself to the highest capacity, the preferences of what most people like or select will have no effect or impact upon you. It won’t matter. For example, don’t fall into the illusion/trap of thinking that your less valuable or desirable because you don’t have the approaches, approval and advances of most men. Don’t base your value, worth, nor validation into people. What has the LORD has for you is so much more. It will always be more than what you see and more than what you expected. He will always protect you from the things that are unseen in a person. The LORD looks at the spirit and character of a person, while we look at appearance. Be not weary or discouraged for The LORD is true to his word which is stronger than a two-edged sword.

The right energy, tools, resources and people will come to you. You won’t have to chase it. Everything always works out for the good and will fall into its place. You got to trust him in the process. The same uncomfortable process that you may feel is unfair is preparing you for the things that The LORD has on the way. You will be thanking him for all the lessons that prepared you for the blessings. You were challenged in particular areas early on because GOD is going to entrust you with so much more responsibility and weight. He was only just getting you ready. Many will fall, crumble and stumble because they didn’t go through what they had to go through.

Remember true quality will always take longer. It is no strange thing if your manifestation takes longer than most. That means you are on the right path despite how it may feel in the natural. There is greatness that is upon your life and the LORD will continue to lead and guide your steps. Allow him to keep his hand upon you, so that you can continue to be the best person that you can possibly be.

It is written in Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end”.

Stay Committed: Run Your Race!

What do you have to gain by giving up? There is always a time when quitting looks good. In my personal life, there were times when I thought about quitting college, jobs and other personal achievements and endeavors. Finishing makes it worth it. There is nothing like finishing. The obstacles makes the success greater to enjoy. Pain and process can create some impressive results for God ways are mysterious.

Stay committed until the end. Put your all into everything you do. (Even when your all seems to fall short). Mediocrity does run in your DNA. You are held to a higher standard. You live in the world but are not of the world. Stop waiting on the approval and validation from other people to tell you that you’re great. You must encourage yourself. Go forth and rise up! It’s important to run your race. No one else’s. You have a different calling and assignment. He has set you a part. Commitment should not be driven by feelings. Commitment is showing up when you don’t feel like it. It runs deeper than loyalty. It requires discipline, honor and obligation. It requires getting back up when you’re fallen down. It takes a spirit of courage and wisdom. It’s take more than dedication and determination. It takes the spirit of a true champion and over comer. There are a few people in this world who have the spirit of commitment. Commitment displays your character and how far you can go. Don’t quit. The best is yet to come. Your best days are in front of you and not behind you. Put God over all that you do. Stay true and faithful to him. His word shall never return void. He shall honor your commitment, for he will reward you openly for what you do in secret. Can he trust you drop it all for his sake? Commit yourself unto him. He will protect you through it all. He will always preserve his best. Remain faithful even until the end.

Watch out for the Spirit of Deception

We currently live in a world in where the truth is a lie and the lie is the truth. If you are not careful, you can become deceived by what looks right, feels right and sounds right, but it will lead you to a road of destruction. There are so many people compromising with a lie. It is written Galatians 6:7: Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. They are following the ways of world and they are not truly transformed. You cannot tell the difference between the clean and unclean. The Godly and the Ungodly. God said his people must be Holy. Holy means separate. Do not allow the Devil to make you bandwagon with what everyone else is doing and watching. Don’t allow him convince you that the Lord has changed his word in today’s time, for

It is written in Hebrews 13:8 (KJV) Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever.

When you are unsure what is true and you seem to be confused on what is righteous, read the word. Engrave it in your mind, heart, and soul. There is only one path to heaven, and that is through Jesus. Be not deceived through thoughts, opinions, emotions nor philosophy. These are the last days. He shall return very soon.

The Illusion of Ideas

Everything Is not what it appears or seems. Do not fall into the trap of illusions. It’s going to take more than feelings and the idea of a situation in order to sustain through the tough times. If you make a life decision based on the artificial or idea, it will crumble a part. It’s so much more work, dedication, focus, and commitment than what it appears on the outside. The intensity and urgency of a situation will take much more than just the illusion of feelings and ideas. It will also take more than the desire. Use the eyes of the spirit and not the eyes of the natural. Some times God is protecting you, when you don’t get your way.

Find it not a strange thing when God does not give you what you want when you want it. Don’t follow the trend of what everyone is doing. Don’t allow what others are doing to cloud your judgement. This is your path. Trends eventually fades. You must remain faithful to who you are until the end. What’s for everyone may not be for you at the moment. God has a special plan your life. He always saves the best for last. Focus on his word and his voice. Not the other voices in the background nor illusions.

Who Are You?: Know Your Worth

Who are you? It’s a question that people ask even until the end of their lives. It’s not a question that can be easily answered despite the life experiences that one must go through and endure. It’s not answered by popularity, your past, riches, nor flattery. It’s not something you can seek from the pleasures of this world, which will surely fade and give you unrest. The pleasures of this world will deteriorate your soul as a moth destroys clothes. You can have everything going on from the outside and still feel absolutely empty on the inside. You can look like you have the perfect peace, but your spirit may be broken into pieces. Everything is not what it appears or seem. Your worth cannot be defined through material things and other people’s affirmation. You have to find who you are and not through the words of other people. You are who God says you are. Once you know the truth, it shall set you free. Please know your worth and who you are. Do not compromise your dignity, value, honor, respect and integrity. Only God can give you the answer if you seek him above all else.

It is written in Exodus 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you.

As so it was with Moses, the Lord will guide your footsteps and directions all of the days of your life. He has the answers to the question, Who are you? No one else has the key to unlock that answer.

His Grace is Sufficient

It is written in 2 Corinthians 12:19 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.

We don’t deserve his grace or mercy yet, he still gives us another chance to get back up. There are times when we feel unworthy or even inadequate when walking in his calling. We look at all the reasons why we can’t. Allow God to lead each step of the way even when you must demonstrate the blind faith of Abraham.

Stop thinking about how you may not have the qualifications, experience, time, money and resources to do his will. He will always provide a way out of no way. Remember that you have everything you need, just allow him to guide the way. It is written in Proverbs 24:16, For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again. No matter what sins you have committed in the past, present, and future, please know that his grace is sufficient.

There is no sin that is too great that can separate you from his love. (Although we should not take his grace for granted, because there is time when grace runs out) It is written in Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

Can You Handle The Hate?

When God has place a special calling upon your life and when he has blessed you with the crown of favor, can you handle the opposition that will come with it? With every opportunity comes with opposition. There are challenges that comes with being chosen. Some people will do anything to tear you down. (Sometimes even the people closest to you, take Joseph for example) It is an indication that God has selected and hand-picked you as his own. It is an honor from God. Hate, envy, and bitterness are spiritual cancers that has the power destroy blessings. Are you strong enough to deal with the conflict and challenges of being hated  for no reason? Are you able to brush off the dust of betrayal, rejection, lies and deceit?  It takes the spirit, strength & wisdom of God to stand in the midst of the battle that’s not yours. Everything does not deserve your attention, time and energy. Do not give them any power. You are on another level. When the hand of God is upon your life, a response is not necessary. It will all be taken care of in due time. Real discipline is not giving into your feelings. Allow God to be your vindicator over ALL situations. He will show you what to do in the midst of pressure. Trust in him who will never fail or forsake you. Through trails and persecutions, he shall always be there even until the end of time.

Do you Have Power Over Your Emotions?

A part of becoming a great leader is to have control of your emotions. Do you master your emotions? Whatever you don’t have control of is what will control you. Do not allow your emotions to dictate your actions , behavior, or words. Mastering your emotions is a skill of controlling your flesh. Mastering your emotions also takes discipline. It takes time and practice. Following your emotions and heart will lead you astray. It can cause you to make the wrong decisions. Emotions can blind you from the truth as well as from wisdom. It is written in Proverbs 3:5 to Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. Follow the voice of the Lord who will not lead you astray. Do not put things into your own hand. Allow God to handle everything his way, his time and on his terms.

Lean not unto thy own understanding

It Shall Come to Pass

Your hard work and devotion will not be wasted. Continue to strive for what you believe in. You shall have whatever you say. Speak it in existence for the power of life and death are in the tongue. Speak life over your dreams, plans, goals and inspirations. Remember God is not a man that shall lie. Neither has he forgotten about you. Don’t over calculate and analyze things, allow God to have full total control in directing your pathway. The road to righteousness is narrow, so is the road to success. Not too many people are willing to go through with the threat of failure and the pot holes in the road towards success. God timing is perfect. More precise than any man on this earth. Waiting is the most important part of the process. God will never put more on you than you can bear. Have you ever thought that maybe some things haven’t come to pass yet because you’re not ready. (Although we always think we are) We should appreciate these moments of waiting because it builds our strength, faith, and preparation.  When the time comes for your season to arrive, you shall be ready. Whatever God has spoken, so shall it be. It shall come to pass.

Restoration

God can always fix what’s been broken. He is the ultimate restorer and healer. He can restore everything that you lost. Your experience will never be wasted. Everything will come together for the good. That means every mistake, wrong doing and trial will be used for your advantage to glorify his kingdom. It is written in Joel 2:25 that I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpillar, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you. He can restore back your joy, health, dreams, relationships and finances. He can restore the years of drought into the years of plenty. Your experiences are never about you. It’s about helping someone else to become set free from the same challenges that you endured. God will always use what you been through as a testimony to others. Open your mind, heart and spirit to receive him today. He shall give you double for the trouble. He shall give you beauty for your ashes.
