The Little Things Matter 😊

Be gracious of the small things, for the smaller things shall be apart of the greater things to come. Every piece of the puzzle counts. Every piece of your life is essential for the next steps and levels in your journey. Don’t despise the day of humble beginnings. The little things do matter. Again, don’t discard your seasons of development and process. It is there to make you better and stronger.
Don’t be discouraged if you don’t see a lot of results or growth within a certain time. Rushed results doesn’t create longevity. Rushed results can also lead to dead ends. It robs you of the full potential that you are capable of reaching. Skipping the process can lead to limitations. Be careful of shortcuts. Be thankful and grateful of what you have to go through. Allow the LORD to create unmovable faith meaning no matter what you endure, you shall not crumble nor be destroyed.
Take advantage of the benefits that come from waiting. Waiting presents the opportunity and gift of enhancing your knowledge. It also gives you the chance to polish your skill set. Continue to be creative. Increase your health, joy, happiness and peace. Work to become the best you and improving yourself in every way. 🌹 It is written in Job 8:7: “Though thy beginning was small, yet thy latter end should greatly increase”.
Embrace your beginnings, for the best is still yet to come 👌
Happiness is A Choice
Please don’t wait until you have what you want in life to be happy. Make a choice and a decision that you are still going to be happy regardless of what you are waiting for. Make a decision that you are still going to enjoy the journey along the way. Being unhappy robs of us of time. There is beauty in almost every situation. Whether you are starting over, feeling like you are stuck, or being almost there in achieving your goals; you can still be happy! The LORD does not want your happiness or faith to be based on conditions. Yes there will be things that we encounter in our lives that will try to destroy us; as well as our joy. We must fight to not allow no one to steal our joy. Weeping may endure for the night, but joy shall come in the morning.
Remember that your situation is temporary. Be bold and gracious my friend, for the best is yet to come. Don’t be ruled by temporary emotions and circumstances. Happiness is a choice. Our happiness cannot come from other people, places, money, material things and our professions. If our happiness is based on those things, then we are building a fragile foundation that will eventually crumble apart. Be strong and faithful always. Don’t live any less because you currently don’t have what you are praying for yet.
It is written in Psalms 37:4 – “Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart”.

#still here #June #2018
Don’t dwell in the seasons of yesterday or what may not have worked out. Do not be overwhelmed by the pressures of life. Just because things are not working out for you in the midst of the moment, does not mean that it is over. God has not forgotten about you. Take a minute to breathe. No matter how complicated things are and how bad you may feel, breathe. Nothing or no one has the ability to take any power from us, unless we allow it. When it’s all said and done, we determine how we will be able to handle those failures, let downs, disappointments and setbacks. Whatever you’re facing and enduring is only temporary just remember to breathe and slow down if you have to. Remove all unnecessary weight if needed. For example, unnecessary weight could be paying on a house and a car that you do not need instead of downsizing. Unnecessary weight can also take up too much of your schedule such as joining every meeting, club, organization, project and program that can cause you to be burned out. There is no time to process what’s going on, because it seems like you have no time to your self and everything is always a deadline. Instead of it being a hobby or something that you enjoy, it can become a burden. Going the extra mile is a wonderful quality, however when it is taking a toll on your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health, then it is not worth it. Don’t grieve your spirit. Take a moment to breathe.
Another form of unnecessary weight can be hanging around the wrong people or person. Hanging or being around the wrong people can be detrimental to your personal growth and development as well as your blessings. If it’s causing you more harm or if it will in the long run, Release them. Don’t waste years of your life staying tied and connected to wrong person. Remove them weights off of your shoulders. It will be more painful to keep them around than letting them go.

Take time to smell the flowers on your life journey, which sometimes may not be easy. The Lord does things in decency and in order. If you have to force something to work out, instead of waiting the proper time and season, then you will have to deal with the bitter end of those seeds that you have sown. Everything has to go through a process to get to purpose. Taking matters into your own hands will only create more damage. Again, enjoy the journey along the way. While you are in the midst of process and seasons of waiting, remember to breathe. Allow the Lord to comfort you in the time of your weakness and weariness.
It is written in 2 Corinthians 1:3-1:4 that “Blessed [be] God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God”.
Enjoy the journey along the way. We cannot get time back. The joy of the Lord shall be your strength. Your circumstances are not meant to deplete you but to increase you to become greater! Check out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VognqV_4Egc
Don’t Become A Trophy for the Wrong Team
A trophy is something that looks good for display. It is also an item that is given as a reward. The problem with being a trophy is that it is only for decoration. A trophy does not define the value of a person’s hard work. When serving the LORD, do not just become someone who only “looks” good. If we do not fully serve him with our all, then we are just a trophy for the wrong team. There is so much more to who we are then just outer presentation. Trophies normally sit on shelves and collects dust. Are you doing everything to please God or just only on the outer surface?
Allow God to use you. He has design you with purpose, substance and favor. Do not diminish your value or settle by being a trophy. If the same principle applies in a relationship with people, so it is with God. When you become a trophy for display, then the enemy has the power to brag off of you. You are a trophy for him.
God bragged on his servant job. It is written in Job 1:8: “And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?” Can God brag on you through the trials and tribulations of your situation? If so, you shall receive tenfold for he is the ultimate restorer. When you play on God’s team you cannot lose. If you are faithful even until the end of time, he shall reward you with a crown of life.
Hot Or Cold?
Are you committing your all or are you giving him just some of you? When serving God, there is no border line or in between. It’s either all or nothing. There is also no such thing as lukewarm. Most people like their beverages either hot or cold. So if people do not even like lukewarm food or beverages, how can God be O.K. with lukewarm? It is written in Revelation 3:15-16: (KJV) “I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth”.
I must admit that there was a point in where I was lukewarm. I believed and I had faith, but I did not surrender my all. I gave him pieces but not all. I write this post today to say, Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established. Do not become a part time/convenient servant. God wants bold, obedient and strong servants that will serve him with their all and more.
Wednesday Wisdom: Fear Not!
It is written in Isaiah 41:10, Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. falling apart. His word and voice is the only foundation. The Lord is present with you wherever you go. In today’s world, it is difficult to go somewhere in general without being extra cautious of our surroundings. We should always be in constant prayer, faith, and obedience. Living a life that is pleasing to him is priceless. We should never get distracted or become ignorant of the tools of Satan. (That’s why prayer and discernment is so important). Be in good cheer, for trouble does not last always. Continue to allow God to elevate you with his mighty power and miraculous strength. Allow him to keep you in perfect peace when you feel like rely on. Be encouraged!
It is written in John 10 27-28 that, My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. Fear Not, for the current beginning and end of time events of this world, only means that his return is closer. Fill your mind with peace, fill your heart with faith and fill your spirit with his word and not void. His word shall still stand when every thing fails. Don’t live your life in fear for the Lord is Always with you even from the beginning of time 🙂
Make God Smile Everyday!
Everyday is special. Make it count by doing something to make God happy. Normally, we do things to make ourselves or other people happy. Make God smile by not only by your words and faith, but by your action. Find ways to get closer to him by praying more, reading his word a little longer or simply create new goals to evolve in your relationship with him. Draw closer to him while his presence is near. Repent while there’s still a chance. Repentance is a gift that should not be taken for granted (especially in the last days) What can you do that’s out of your norm to please him today? Things may not always go your way, but part of being spiritually mature means you will still do the right thing even when the wrong thing is happening. Allow God to transform and pick up the pieces of your life. We cannot continue to label and limit God to just our understanding, thoughts, opinions, ideology and philosophies. He is God and he shall not share his glory with another! Commit and surrender your all to him and he will surely move in your life. Don’t cling on to your own life, for you will surely lose it. Save it by giving it to him. Do not allow your soul to deteriorate slowly.
Morning Inspiration
Make the most of your time and energy. Allow nothing to go waste. Make everything count by striving to be the best you can be. You are not in competition with anyone else other than yourself. Make a difference today by doing something out your comfort zone. Stretch further and beyond. There is nothing that you cannot do with his power and strength. Always, and I mean always be encouraged for the best is yet to come.

Sleeping?
Discernment is very important to have in this day and age. It’s a precious gift from God. With so much chaos going on in the world, this is not a time to be sleep. We must be on guard at all times. Don’t allow your pride to deceive you in handling things your way. God always knows how to handle things better than we do. (That includes vengeance) Satan is very crafty. He comes to steal, kill and destroy. Always stay in prayer, even when you don’t feel like it or have to. Mathew 26:40-41 says, And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour? Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
This scripture is interesting because it always surprised me on how people can be sleeping in the presence of Jesus. Are you sleeping when God is calling you to pray, fast and obey? Are you sleeping when you hear his voice of instruction? Sleep can cause you to miss out on the biggest blessing that can come your way. Wake up and arise! For you must be prepared and ready for what’s on the way. His strength and power will keep you in perfect peace.
