Morning Inspiration: Always Remember to Smile.

Your smile has the power to light up someone’s day. There is always something to smile about.There are so many people who would love to be in your position who do no have the access to the basic needs, employment and etc. You should take nothing for granted. God has given you another chance to exalt his kingdom. Let there be a glow on you that others desire to have. Why dim your light in the midst of of a dark atmosphere? Somebody needs your smile, someone needs your energy. Become inspiration to others in how you live. Allow your joy to be contagious upon other people. Always remember to smile each day 🙂

Satisfied Sunday’s: Beware of Doing the Right thing for the Wrong Reasons

What does that statement mean? In life, we strive to push ourselves to the limit in certain areas.We can work ourselves to death and not see any fruit come forth. (In the timing of when we want to see the results). We can be so busy and driven that we do not have the time to rest. We can also lose focus on what really matters and counts. Do not get caught up in doing something for the wrong reasons.

Make sure your intentions are pure. We can easily focus on the talent, money, stats, impressing people and protocol and forget all about Jesus. Can you imagine how people want to be seen doing what’s right, but in their hearts they never meant it? Nothing matters without Jesus. Your energy and effort is all futile if he is not in the center of your focus.

Sometimes people can befriend you because they have “a different agenda”. While all the time you thought that they were there for you, instead it was for another reason. Matthew 6:2: “Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, they have their reward”.

If you operate in doing things with an ulterior motive, then your foundation will come a part. There is no foundation without Jesus.If you do not put Jesus in everything you do, you are only working for yourself. Ask God to create in you a clean heart, so that he is able to guide you on the direction that he wants to take you. Ask can your desire be pure and to not become entangled up in Satan’s web of “performance.”  May God bless you and may you continue to get better and better each day ♥

Is God 1st place in your life? Remove all Idols

Is there anything that is taking God’s first place in your life? Remove every Idol in your life. Idols come in many forms and not just in graven images. Did you know that you can make yourself into an Idol by serving you? If we want God to bless us, we must be faithful servants. That means getting rid of whatever that’s taking first place in our lives besides him. We cannot serve two masters. We will either serve one or the other. It is written in

Matthew 6:14: that “No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon”.

Keep God first place in your life. Do not be hesitant or stubborn to get rid of that thing in your life that’s hindering your from God’s blessing. Cast them away and make room for God to be #1 in your life. He’s waiting 🙂

1 Step at a Time (Change)

The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD. Progress takes time. Everything is a process. Everything has a particular time and setting. Whenever you are in a process there are steps and transitions to getting where you want to be. Real change does not happen overnight or within 24 hours. Begin with small changes. If you can not walk in the steps, then crawl if you have to. (Remember everything is a process). After crawling, you may fall while your walking, but continue to get back up. Believe or not falling is a part of the process. When you are able to stand and walk, then you can jog. After jogging you will be able to finally run.

Real change is not smooth, but sometimes uncomfortable. Your pathway was designed for you to not only overcome, but to strive as the winner you are. Remove the negative thoughts and all forms of hindrance that’s fighting your progress to change. Everything including dreams, accomplishments, dating and etc. begins with a step. Take things one step at a time, real change is not overnight.  It is written in Proverbs 4:12: “When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; and when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble“.

The Division of Separation

Division

Division means separate. There is a spirit of division that is splitting people apart. The events that are occurring in today’s time is nothing new. In this time and age, it seems that there is nothing that appears to be shocking anymore, for the Bible says that there nothing new under sun. Whatever is occurring now has already happened before.

It’s important that we should not get caught up in doing the wrong thing for the right reasons. Obedience is greater than sacrifice. Two are greater than one. A group of people that’s divided and who cannot work together shall fall. While the enemy army is growing, the body of Christ is somewhat divided. It’s important to get back focus on the target and really matters. Put away your pride, titles and status.

The only division that the body of Christ should have, is the division of holiness. When people see you, they should know that you are different. As far as the world goes, the earth is still in God’s hands despite the pain, sorrow and suffering that happening. Allow God to sustain you with his peace of mind.

Allow him to take care and handle your battles, for it says in Luke 12:51: “Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division”. There will be a division between the clean and the unclean and the wheat and tares. Stand strong and take your up your cross if you have to. This is a time to allow him to use you the most. Let your light shine in the midst of the darkest moments. You are an inspiration to so many others, who haven’t even met you yet.

Don’t Become A Trophy for the Wrong Team

A trophy is something that looks good for display. It is also an item that is given as a reward. The problem with being a trophy is that it is only for decoration. A trophy does not define the value of a person’s hard work. When serving the LORD, do not just become someone who only “looks” good. If we do not fully serve him with our all, then we are just a trophy for the wrong team. There is so much more to who we are then just outer presentation. Trophies normally sit on shelves and collects dust. Are you doitrophy_3ng everything to please God or just only on the outer surface?

Allow God to use you. He has design you with purpose, substance and favor. Do not diminish your value or settle by being a trophy. If the same principle applies in a relationship with people,  so it is with God. When you become  a trophy for display, then the enemy has the power to brag off of you. You are a trophy for him.

God bragged on his servant job. It is written in Job 1:8: “And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?”  Can God brag on you through the trials and tribulations of your situation? If so, you shall receive tenfold for he is the ultimate restorer. When you play on God’s team you cannot lose. If you are faithful even until the end of time, he shall reward you with a crown of life.

Morning Inspiration: It’s Never Too Late

No matter how many times you fall, it’s important to get back up. As long as you have breath in your body, it is never too late. Be encouraged. No matter how old, young or how many mistakes you have made, please get up and try again. He’s waiting to accept you in his arms. Don’t allow your faults to be bigger than God.

If you have to start over, start over. Strive for the best in every thing you do. It’s never too late to dedicate your life to him. He is a faithful God of second chances. Do not allow guilt, condemnation and conviction to stop you from running into his arms. Whatever your goal or dream is, it’s never too late. He will restore whatever you lost. The Fruit of Patience

Patience is one of the most difficult things to master. It’s an area that many fall short in especially when it comes to short term or long term situations. A test of patience can be waiting in a long line or waiting for career advancement, marriage etc. If we do not have patience, then how can we grow, if we are like children trying to get what we want when we want it. It’s important for us let our patience blossom. Patience develops discipline.

If you have the faith and you have the action that corresponds with it, then all you need now is patience. Allow your faith to stir up your patience. They both go hand in hand together. Patience gives us a chance to humbly wait on God. When we wait on God to do things his way, it allows him to step in to handle it righteously. James 1:4: says “Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience”.

Sometimes the only thing that’s holding us back is patience. What good is faith and works if we have no patience? Waiting requires patience. Receiving the best requires patience . When his word comes to pass, you will not only need faith but the precious garments of patience. Wait upon the LORD and he will make sure that your patience will pay off.

Cheating….On God

The definition of faithful means true, devoted and loyal. When we think of the terms of cheating, we automatically think about someone who’s not playing fair or someone who is dishonest. When someone is in a relationship and an individual decides to step outside of their commitment by cheating with another person, that individual was not loyal. If married, the individual has committed infidelity.

Think about your relationship with God. Have you been faithful and loyal to him? Our relationship with God is like a marriage and we must honor his vows  by following his commandments, statues and law, even when we feel that we are unable to at times (due to our flesh). He will teach you to not follow your flesh.

How can we cheat on God? by committing our time to something or someone else. A relationship not only takes commitment, but time. We can also have false Gods or unknown idols in our life. We can also just simply not obey him. If we do not put him first and love him with all our heart, mind, body and soul, then we are spiritually cheating.

If you are faithful over the small things, then he will reward you to handle the big things. Every big step begins with something small, so it is important on how we deal with the little responsibilities in life. The eyes of the LORD are in every place, so it is vital to be faithful to the LORD even behind close doors. He has said in Matthew 6:18: “Pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly”.

What you do in secret matters and will determine how far you can go publicly. Water your relationship with God. Put him first above all things, spend more quality time with him and seek his face. Truly love him and he will take you places in where you only imagine. There is no limits to God. Don’t become a spiritual cheater. He is more than worthy.

Are You Tired???

All of the great men and women in the bible were tired at some point while on their assignment. Job, Joseph, Jonah, Moses, David, Mary and even Jesus (his flesh) became tired. There reaches a time and point in our lives in when we feel like giving up or throwing in the towel. Sometimes it feels like we have more working against us, then what’s working for us. Always remember that there are no good reasons, just excuses. Everything has  already been planned and prepared for you before the foundations of the world. It is written in Proverbs 8:12: “I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, or ever the earth was”.

You were not set up to fail. You are destined for greater. You were born a winner. Winners get tired, but they do not give up. They keep running their race until they get to the finish line. It’s not how you start, but it’s how you finish. Do not get weary of well doing. Don’t canceled out everything that you have worked so hard for, for better is coming. Better is on the way. The best is always yet to come. The rain will pour, but the sun will come out.

Galatians 6:9: says, And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
